Not sure what was up with this, the access code protective film had already been scratched away and there was something taped to the back of the access card with painters' tape.I have spent the last week trying to get my Cengage account working correctly after trying to use this code. The support center at cengage was quite helpful surprisingly and everything is good now.Beware, everything about the material I received from this seller seemed fishy.
