Only thing I dislike would be that they take up more space since they are thicker but thats part of what makes them more durable. I got them because the ones that came with my checks originally were falling apart. Then when they added check cards, they would sometimes fall out of the flap sections (we have more than one accounts to keep straight which card went to which I keep them with their checkbook). Haven't had any problems with losing cards (them falling out) since using these covers since they have actual card holder spaces. The extra registers are nice too since I go through them fairly quickly.I really like this checkbook cover. It’s extremely soft but sturdy.Don't have to struggle to get checks or register in or out. Clear, protective covering for checks. Came with lots of check registers--the bank sends only 1 or 2 with each order of checks but likes to send lots of boxes even tho they haven't returned actual cancelled checks in years.My ONLY complaint is that the strap on this, is rough-feeling. So the cheap plastic checkbook cover I've had since before I started using the current book of checks about six years ago started falling apart at about the same time as I got close to running out of checks. So when I ordered new checks, I figured maybe I should look for a better checkbook as well.This checkbook cover is made out of nice material (honestly don't know and don't care if it's leather or faux leather), and comes in a variety of colors. It's very plain, but that's precisely all I was looking for. It's sturdy, which helps when trying to write a check on my steering wheel on Friday afternoon as I sit in the parking lot outside my son's aftercare facility.It has a thick plastic flap for separating duplicate checks, which is really nice, it's thicker than the one on the cheap cover I used to have. It has slots for credit cards and stuff, which I don't really care about, but if you wanted to, you could use this as sort of like a long wallet with your checkbook in it. It has a strap that keeps the checkbook closed and secure, and a loop for a pen that fits a Uniball pen (my preferred pen brand) very snugly so I can be sure the pen is always with the checkbook.For the price, I could not have asked for a better product.Nice checkbook cover but no check registers received.Love everything about this wallet but there’s no place for coins.
